Some specific Khatams of the masters of Naqshbandi tariqah

1. The disciples and devotees of my master and shaykh, sultān al-ārifeen hadhrat alhāj Allāh Bakhsh alias Sohnā Sāeen, may Allāh enlighten his grave, should hold the halqā of zikr and meditation daily, and before the meditation they should recite this noble Khatam collectively:

One hundred times durood (salawāt), five hundred times this āyah

اِنَّ رَحۡمَةَ اللهِ قَرِيۡبٌ مِّنَ الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ

‘Inna Raĥmata Al-Lāhi Qarībun Mina Al-Muĥsinīna

then one hundred times durood should be recited by all together. Then each of the participants should individually recite Fātihā once, surāh Quraish (Li-Īlāf) eleven times, and finally they should gift (the recitations) to the holy souls of huzoor Sohna Saeen, may Allah enlighten his grave, and all his shaykhs, may Allah sanctify their souls.

2. Khatam of khwāja-e-khwājgān Hazrat Muhammad Abdul Ghaffār alias Pīr Mithā, Allah’s mercy be upon him. As mentioned earlier, one hundred times durood before and after, and in the mid this āyah:

وَ اِنِّيۡ لَغَفَّارٌ لِّمَنۡ تَابَ وَ اٰمَنَ وَ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا ثُمَّ اهۡتَدىٰ

Wa ‘Innī Laghaffārun Liman Tāba Wa ‘Āmana Wa `Amila Şāliĥan Thumma Ahtadā

3. Khatam of Hazrat Khwājā Pīr Fazal Alī Qureshī, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

ذَالِکَ فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ یُؤْتِیْهِ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِیْمِ

Dhālika Fađlu Al-Lāhi Yu’utīhi Man Yashā’u, Wa Allāhu Dhū Al-Fađli Al-`Ažīmi 

4. Khatam of Khwājā Muhammad Sirājuddin, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَاشَرِیْکَ لَهٗ لَهُ الْمُلْکُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَھُوَ عَلیٰ کُلِّ شَيۡءٍ قَدِیْرٌ

Lā ‘Ilāha ‘Illā Al-Lāhu Waĥdahū Lā Sharīka Lahū Lahu Al-Mulku Wa Lahu Al-Ĥamdu Wa Huwa `Alā Kulli Shay’in Qadīr

5. Khatam of Hazrat Khwājā Muhammad Usmān Dāmānī, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ وَبِحَمْدِهٖ سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ الْعَظِیْمِ وَبِحَمْدِهٖ

Subĥāna Al-Lāhi Wa Bi Ĥamdihī Subĥāna Al-Lāhi Al-`Ažīmi Wa Bi Ĥamdihī

6. Khatam of Hazrat Khwājā Hājī Dost Muhammad Qandahārī, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ۔ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِیْ فَرْدًا وَّ اَنْتَ خَیْرُ الْوَارِثِیْن

Bismi Al-Lāhi Ar-Raĥmāni Ar-Raĥīmi. Rabbi Lā Tadharnī Fardan Wa ‘Anta Khayru Al-Wārithīn

7. Khatam of Hazrat Shāh Ahmad Saeed, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

یَا رَحِیْمَ کُلِّ صَرِیْخٍ وَ مَکْرُوْبٍ وَ غِیَاثَهٗ وَ مَعَاذَهٗ یَا رَحِیْمُ

Yā Raĥīma Kulli Şarīkhin Wa Makrūbin Wa Ghiyāthahū Wa Ma`ādhahū Yā Raĥīmu

8. Khatam of Hazrat Shāh Ghulām Alī Dehlavī, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before as well as after, five hundred times:

یَا اَللّٰہُ یَا رَحْمَانُ یَا رَحِیْمُ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ وَصَلَّیٰ اللّٰہُ تَعَالَیٰ عَلَیٰ خَیْرِ خَلْقِہٖ سَیِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ

Yā ‘Allāhu Yā Raĥmānu Yā Raĥīmu Yā ‘Arĥama Ar-Raĥimīna Wa Şallā Al-Lāhu Ta`ālā `Alā Khayri Khalqihī Sayyidinā Muĥammad

And after completion of each hundred, these words (should be added once):

اَللّٰھُمَّ ارْزُقْنِیْ حُبَّکَ وَحُبَّ مَنْ یُّحِبّکَ وَحُبَّ عَمَلٍ یُّبَلِّغنِیْ اِلَیٰ حُبِّکَ

‘Al-Lāhumma Arzuqnī Ĥubbaka Wa Ĥubba Man Yuĥibbuka Wa Ĥubba `Amalin Yuballighanī ‘Ilā Ĥubbika

9. Khatam of Hazrat Mirzā Mazhar Jān-e Jānān, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْمُ بِرَحْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیۡثُ

Ĥayyu Yā Qayyūmu Bi Raĥmatika ‘Astaghīthu

After completion of each hundred, these words should be added once:

اَصْلِحْ لِیْ شأْنِیْ کُلَّہٗ وَلَا تَکِلْنِیْ اِلَیٰ نَفْسِیْ طَرْفَۃَ عَیْنِ

‘Aşliĥ Lī Sha’nī Kullahū Wa Lā Takilnī ‘Ilā Nafsī Ţarfata `Ayni

10. Khatam of Hazrat Khwājā Muhammad Mā’soom Sirhindī, Allah’s mercy be upon him. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

لَا اِلٰـہَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَکَ اِنِّیْ کُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِیْنَ

Lā ‘Ilāha ‘Illā ‘Anta Subĥānaka ‘Innī Kuntu Mina Až-Žālimīn

And after completion of each hundred, these words should be added once:

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهٗ وَنَجَّیْنَاہُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَ کَذَالِکَ نُنْجِی الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ

Fastajabnā Lahū Wa Najjaynāhu Mina Al-Ghammi, Wa Kadhālika Nunjī Al-Mu’uminīn

11. Khatam of Hazrat Imām Rabbānī Mujaddid Alf-e Sānī Ahmad Fārūqī Sirhindī, may his soul be sanctified. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰہِ

Ĥawla Wa Lā Quwwata ‘Illā Bil-Lāhi

12. Khatam of Hazrat Bāqī Billāh Dehlavī, Allah’s mercy be upon him. Five hundred times:

یَا بَاقِیْ اَنْتَ الْبَاقِیْ

Yā Bāqī ‘Anta Al-Bāqī

At completion of each hundred, these words should be added once:

کُلُّ مَنْ عَلَیْہَا فَانٍ وَّ یَبْقَیٰ وَجْہُ رَبِّکَ ذُوالْجَلَالِ وَالْاِکْرَامِ

Kullu Man `Alayhā Fānin Wa Yabqá Wajhu Rabbika Dhū Al-Jalāli Wa Al-‘Ikrām

13. Khatam of Hazrat Khwāja-e-Khwājgān Shāh Bahā’uddīn Naqshband Bukhārī, may his soul be sanctified. One hundred times durood before and after, five hundred times:

یَا خَفِیَّ اللُّطْفِ اَدْرِکْنِیْ بِلُطْفِکَ الْخَفِیِّ

Khafiyya Al-Luţfi ‘Adriknī Bi Luţfika Al-Khafiyyi

14. Khatam of Hazrat Mahboob-e Subhani, Ghaus al-Azam, Shaykh Abdul Qādir Jīlānī, may his soul be sanctified. One hundred times durood, then five hundred times:

حَسْبنَا اللّٰہُ وَ نِعْمَ الوَکِیْلُ

Ĥasbunā Al-Lāhu Wa Ni`ma Al-Wakīl

At the completion of each hundred:

نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَیٰ وَ نِعْمَ النَّصِیْرُ

Ni`ma Al-Mawlā Wa Ni`ma An-Naşīr

Then one hundred times durood.

Gift of salawāt and salām in the court of the best of creations, lord of the first and the last, our lord and our master Muhammad the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. Three hundred and thirteen (313) times:

اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَیٰ سَیِّدِنَا وَ مَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ عَلیٰ اٰلِهٖ وَ اَصْحَابِهٖ صَلَوٰۃً تُنْجِیْنَا بِھَا مِنْ جَمِیْعِ الْاَھْوَالِ وَالْاٰفَاتِ وَتَقْضِیْ لَنَا بِھَا جَمِیْعَ الْحَاجَاتِ وَتُطَھِّرُنَا بِھَا مِنْ جَمِیْعِ السَّیِّئَاتِ وَ تَرْفَعُنَا بِھَا عِنْدَکَ اَعْلَی الدَّرَجَاتِ وَ تُبَلِّغُنَا بِھَا اَقْصَی الْغَایَاتِ مِنْ جَمِیْعِ الْخَیْرَاتِ فِی الْحَیَاۃِ وَ بَعْدَ الْمَمَاتِ اِنَّکَ عَلیٰ کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ

‘Al-Lāhumma Şalli `Alā Sayyidinā Wa Mawlānā Muĥammadin Wa `Alā ‘Ālihī Wa ‘Aşĥābihī Şalātan Tunjīnā Bihā Min Jamī`i Al-‘Ahwāli Wa Al-‘Āfāti Wa Taqđī Lanā Bihā Jamī`a Al-Ĥājāti Wa Tuţahhirunā Bihā Min Jamī`i As-Sayyi’āti Wa Tarfa`unā Bihā `Indaka ‘A`lā Ad-Darajāti Wa Tuballighunā Bihā ‘Aqşā Al-Ghāyāti Min Jamī`i Al-khayrāti Fī Al-Ĥayāti Wa Ba`da Al-Mamāti ‘Innaka `Alā Kulli Shay’in Qadīr

Transliteration notes:

A : Hamzat Al-waşl, do not pronounce in case of continuous reading
